Our Church aims to lead members to Christian salvation while improving the quality of our lives here on Earth, fostering Christian fellowship and purposeful living in a warm, supportive family atmosphere. We aim to provide good examples and counter evil ones. Our mission:
(a) begins in worship,
(b) ministers to the world in evangelism and compassion,
(c) encourages believers toward Christian maturity through discipleship, and
(d) prepares women and men for Christian service through Christian higher education. In doing so we are also working towards various recognized sustainable development goals, namely:

Jesus saves and so should we! Good money management skills can make all the difference between sufficiency and insolvency. There is a direct link between improved education and richer lives. We’re not just talking in material terms either, but a richer life overall.

No Hunger.
Jesus said “feed my sheep.” Good nutrition is essential to physical and mental health and it is especially important for our growing ‘lambs’.
We have classes to encourage healthier eating practices as part of our service to mind, body and spirit. Our faith community eats together every Wednesday and also at special festival occasions with Pot-luck contributions throughout the year.

Good Health and Well-being.
We encourage our community to eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
This includes free use of our Church playground for families and outdoor recreation in local natural areas.

Our Church is blessed with a team of talented educators including experienced counselors and qualified elementary school teachers.

We treat males and females with equal respect.
We have a unisex bathroom and male and female study groups.

Our Church affords all members quality life experiences that they might otherwise not enjoy.
We help counter material, intellectual and spiritual deprivation.

We aim to conserve energy where we can and aim to reduce our carbon footprint as best we can. We promote reduction, re-use and recycling. We hold sales of used clothing and other useful items.

Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.
The teachings of Jesus promote peace and justice. Our Church is a key part of Bawcomville area’s social infrastructure and community resilience.
